Contracts, prices and start-up
How much do IT services from Nsson cost?
The price depends on which services you choose and how many users and devices are involved. We together develop the pricing model that best suits your business. Depending on your needs, the price may be a fixed monthly fee per user or device, or a per-case and per-hour billing. After a free initial assessment, you will receive a proposal for the solution we consider to be most suitable and cost-effective. Contact Us to book a review.
How long are the contracts?
The contract term is adapted to the customer’s needs, but we generally recommend a contract term of at least 12 months. This gives us time to get to know the business, establish effective working methods, and create a long-term partnership where the IT environment can evolve over time.
How does a startup work?
The implementation takes place in four stages: a current status review of your IT environment and your needs, a proposal with clear scope and responsibilities, implementation at a pace that suits the business, and then regular follow-up. The length of the implementation depends on the scope and complexity of the IT environment. Normally, it takes about three to five months to properly familiarize yourself with the business, the users, and the needs of the various departments.
Can we start with one service and add more later?
Yes. Many start with one or two services, such as IT support and backup, and build on them as needs grow. The services are designed to work both separately and together, making it easy to adapt the solution over time.
Who is responsible for what in an agreement with Nsson?
Each service describes both Nsonson’s responsibilities and the customer’s responsibilities. Nsonson, for example, is responsible for monitoring, maintenance and reporting. The customer is responsible for providing access to the correct information, making decisions and using the agreed contact channels. The division of responsibilities is described on each service page. service page.

Security and regulations
Is our company covered by the Cybersecurity Act (NIS2)?
The Cybersecurity Act came into force on January 15, 2026 and covers activities in 18 sectors. As a rule, medium-sized and large businesses are covered, that is to say, businesses with at least 50 employees or an annual turnover of over 10 million euros. However, some businesses are covered regardless of size. Suppliers to affected businesses may also face requirements from their customers. Nsson can help you assess which requirements apply and plan the ongoing work, for example by: IT manager as a service. Source: NCSC.
What should we do if we suspect an infringement?
Contact Nsson directly via the helpdesk at 031-746 46 46 or via the emergency number you received in your agreement. Do not start deleting, reinstalling, or restoring the system before the evidence is secured, as important traces may then be lost. If personal data may have been affected, a reportable incident must be reported to IMY within 72 hours. Read more IT forensics. Source: IMY.
How do you protect us against ransomware and phishing?
The protection is based on several layers: continuous monitoring and response with Nsson Secure, Multi-factor authentication and control over permissions in Microsoft 365, as well as protected backup that can be restored if something still happens.
What does it mean for us that Nsson is ISO 27001 certified?
ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security management systems. For you as a customer, the certification means that Nsson handles your information and your systems according to structured, described, and regularly reviewed processes, which can also facilitate your own supplier monitoring.
Microsoft 365, backup and AI
Is information in Microsoft 365 automatically backed up?
Not fully. Microsoft is responsible for the service functioning, but the responsibility for the information often lies with you under the principle of shared responsibility. Deleted files, ransomware or an incorrectly configured account can therefore lead to information being lost if a separate backup. Source: Microsoft.
How do we know that the backup can be restored?
Nsson performs planned recovery tests and documents the results. Normally the tests are performed once per month or according to a specific agreement with the customer. You also receive defined goals for the recovery point and recovery time.
Do we need an AI policy?
If employees use AI tools in their work, yes. An AI policy determines which tools can be used, for what purposes and with what information. Since February 2025, the EU AI regulation also requires organizations that use AI systems to ensure that their staff have sufficient AI knowledge. Read more AI policy and AI governance.
What can AI automate in our business?
AI works best on recurring tasks that follow a pattern. This could be sorting and summarizing incoming emails, extracting information from invoices and contracts, providing employees with quick answers from internal routines, or generating reports automatically. The work begins with a mapping and a pilot phase, so that the impact can be measured before making major investments. Read more AI automation.
