We are looking for someone with a business-oriented approach and a good understanding of customer needs and operations.
We value experience and competence in:
• Office 365 and Azure
• Windows Server & Active Directory
• Linux
• SQL Server
• Client Management, RMM/Intune & Application Management
• Virtualization with Hyper-V, preferably with Hyper-V cluster knowledge
• Network / firewalls / VLANs / WAN
• Data storage – DAS, NAS and SAN solutions
• Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Documentation of solutions
• Cybersecurity mindset in big and small ways
Tasks
As part of our team, you will have varied
duties, such as:
• Operation and user support
• Installation and configuration of servers
• Management of Microsoft 365/Azure, clients/servers, and to some extent printers
• Network setup and troubleshooting
• Participate in exciting installation and migration projects
Troubleshooting and optimization of existing customer solutions
• Customer care

You enjoy working with people and are not afraid to take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
A Category B driver's license is a requirement.
