Processing of personal data is everything that happens to the personal data in IT systems, regardless of whether it involves mobile devices or computers. This includes, for example, collection, registration, structuring, storage, processing, and transfer. In some cases, manual records may also be covered.

Data controller

For the processing that takes place within the operations of Nsson communications AB, Nsson communications AB is the data controller (556679-3047 – Aminogatan 34, 431 53 Mölndal). What personal data do we collect about you and why?

We primarily process your name, personal identity number, address and contact details, bank account for salary disbursement, and information you have provided about your next of kin.

We process your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under our employment contract with you and to comply with rules in law and collective agreements.

Processors

In some situations, it is necessary for us to engage other parties. For example, various IT suppliers for HR systems or electronic driver logs. They then act as our data processors. We audit data processors to ensure that they guarantee the security and confidentiality of the personal data. When data processors are engaged, it is done only for purposes that are compatible with the purposes we ourselves have for the processing.

Actors that are independent data controllers

We also share your personal data with certain other parties that are independent controllers of personal data, such as authorities like the Swedish Tax Agency, when we are required to disclose such data pursuant to law or a decision by an authority. When your personal data is shared with a party that is an independent data controller, that organization's privacy policy and personal data management apply.

How long do we save your personal data?

We never save your personal data longer than is necessary for each respective purpose. Certain data in the bookkeeping must, for example, be saved for at least seven years due to legislation.

What are your rights as a data subject?

As a registered user, you have a number of rights under applicable legislation. You have the right to receive an extract showing what personal data we have registered about you. You can request the correction of incorrect data and, in certain cases, deletion.
