In your role as an IT technician with us, you are our customers' IT professional and close advisor, driving them forward in everything related to servers, storage, the cloud, networks, etc. You regularly meet with our customers, drive complex troubleshooting, and lead projects to improve their IT environments. You work with an existing base of our client companies and are tasked with providing them with the best possible IT solutions to support their continued growth.
